Kendriya vidyalaya CRPF Lucknow has its history from 2003 only. Previously opened as KV Gomtinagar II , it got its present name once it shifted to Group Center CRPF BIJNAUR.

The KV CRPF was opened in the year 2003-04. previously it was known as KV II Gomtinagar but later it was shifted to CRPF Campus Bijnaur Lucknow at a distance of about 18 km from charbagh Railway Station (NR). Now we have shifted to our own new building and have classes upto XII .

Vision & Mission

The Kendriya Vidyalayas have a four - fold mission:

• To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government including Defence and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
• To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education.
• To initiate and promote experimentation and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Concil of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) etc. and
• To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of "Indianness" among children.
